Hi! I’m Veronica Andersen – a hardworking mom of two who is passionate about helping small businesses grow and expand virtually. I graduated from Central Washington University in 2010 where I studied in communication studies and business administration. In my journey through property management, aerospace, coffee, and real estate, I gained valuable experiences that have led me to where I am today. Over the course of 14 years, I have assisted numerous companies in establishing and sustaining their businesses. In 2020, I made the decision to invest in myself. In that moment I decided I wanted to lead a company that I could truly be proud of – one that values clients like family, and one that prioritizes authenticity and honesty.

And after long nights of working hard on my business, I’m here! ​I am committed to supporting companies by taking over tedious administrative tasks such as bookkeeping and project management. My ultimate goal is to help clients free up their time to focus on strategic business goals.

Born and raised in Snohomish County, Washington I have a love for all things PNW; beach trips, backyard BBQs & bonfires, wine tasting and spending quality time with my close family and friends. I highly value family, friendship, and community.

We hand-select top virtual assistants who are experts in supporting c-level executives. Our virtual assistants are:

  • Professionally experienced as an executive assistant in both corporate and remote settings

We require our assistants to be background checked, reference checked, and go through multiple interviews and assessments before being offered a position on our team. We value our clients and want to make sure they have the highest level of support for their small businesses. Your hired VA is a very important role so we take great care in matching based on personality as well as skillset and availability.
